This private, independent guesthouse offers a queen bed and a sofa bed, a private entrance, and a cozy patio. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, baby cradle or playpen, baby high chair, baby bath, luggage racks, closet, iron, and ironing board. The multifunctional second room can serve as a second bedroom or family room, including a TV with cable channels, and a sectional sofa that transforms into a comfortable queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The cozy kitchen/cooking area includes a microwave, refrigerator, American electric coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer-milk. One car free parking is available. Babysitting services are available by the host, who is an educator/teacher for over 20 years. Washer and dryer are available for $7 per washer load and $8 per dryer load. This studio is centrally located for those who want to explore the Keys, Everglades, Shark Valley, Brickell/Downtown, beaches, Wynwood, and other main tourist attractions. It's a 5-10 minute walk to shops, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and bus stops to the metro station. Coral Reef Park is within walking distance, and The Falls Shopping Mall, Matheson Hammock Park and Marina, Charles Deering Estate, Thalatta Estate, Coconut Grove, and Miami Zoo are a short drive or bike ride away. Palmetto Golf Course is 0.4 miles away, and the airport is a 40-minute drive. Smoking is permitted in the studio’s outdoor patio area only; smoking is not allowed in front of the property, in any other area outside the property, or inside the property. This is a drug-free property and neighborhood; any type of drugs is highly prohibited inside, outside, or around the property or within the neighborhood at any time. There is a penalty fee for arriving with more guests than booked. Violation of the quiet area rules on the patio will immediately terminate your stay with no refund. If the studio’s front door key is lost, the guest will be charged $100 for the entire replacement of locks and/or rekeying. Pluming fee due to overflow or clogging of toilet paper or other items is $250. This property is not suitable for people over 225 lbs. The furniture will not withstand the weight and can be potentially dangerous. Please don't rent this space if you exceed 225 lbs. This is grounds of automatic cancelation without a reimbursement. Pets are not allowed due to allergies and asthma.
