Recently move into the building it’s is amazing and also the company. you 5th Avenue concierge and my name Leslie I have to mention is an amazing part of the team she is always their for any tenants needs and goes up and beyond, not to mention amazing and not too leave out but the cool food trucks that Come by always !

Honestly, I don’t know where the bad reviews come from. My husband and I moved into the building about a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is clean. The people are nice and our apartment is perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. Even the moving process was super simple and easy. The only thing I hope doesn’t happen is that our rent increases dramatically Renew our lease (going based off other reviews). We don’t plan on going anywhere. Happy to call this home.
