The second-floor open-plan living area offers comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as plates, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The top floor features a master bedroom and bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2nd and 3rd floors only), heating, an iron/board, and a washer/dryer. Complimentary street parking is easily found on the side streets surrounding the property. Located in the peaceful, residential Brighton neighborhood in south Seattle, this apartment is tucked within the vibrant Rainier Valley and just a short ride from downtown. Tree-lined streets, diverse local eateries, and family-friendly parks give the area a relaxed, community feel. You'll be close to light rail stations and major bus lines, making it easy to reach Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, and Sea-Tac Airport without needing a car. Nearby Brighton Playfield, Othello Park, and the shores of Lake Washington offer plenty of green space for morning walks, picnics, and outdoor activities. The Museum of Flight is 10 minutes away, Downtown Seattle is 17 minutes away, and Pike Place Market is 22 minutes away. This is a non-smoking property, and any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-$700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged, which is dependent on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident.
