I have lived in this building for just under a year. The price is very comparable to other units in the area, and the apartments all come equipped with a W/D in unit, plus a dish washer. Pictured is my “open one bedroom” apartment, which fits a king sized bed (pictured). Amazingly, there is room for bedside tables on each side of the bed. There is a separate “living room” area, which I have furnished with a large couch, a small table with chairs, and a 65” TV. I will say that this building does have a history of package theft, but I’m hoping that the new management company, Tripalink can help solve this (hopefully by installing cameras in the hallways of the building, at least on the first floor). I would not pay to park in the garage, but in the almost year I’ve lived here, I have never lacked street parking! (Just make sure to remove any valuables from your car). I would recommend this building to a friend.

Since new management has taken over i have not had a single issue. Abby has responded to all my requests immediately and is very helpful and pleasant. I recently moved out of state and she made the process very easy!
