This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building with wide stairs. The space includes a fully stocked kitchen, central air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The living room includes a sofa, coffee table, and chair and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a table with chairs for dining. Also included are a hairdryer, coffee maker, and iron/board. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement. Beacon Hill is one of the most desirable areas in Boston because of its centrally located location, fantastic bars and restaurants, neighborhood feel, and combination of history with modern amenities. The MGH stop on the Red Line MBTA is nearby, as is Bowdoin on the Blue Line MBTA, and North Station (Green/Orange/Commuter Rail) is a short walk as well. The apartment gets natural sunlight, but like many Boston apartments, it faces buildings across the street. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will incur a minimum fine of $500 plus damages. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Please don't wear shoes in the house. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
