This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy complimentary coffee and one complimentary parking spot. The community garden features a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is within walking distance, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
