We live in a residential community and ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy and monitor noise levels throughout the day. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM, and no loud music or elevated voices are allowed. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed. For any lost keys, garage passes, or parking permits, guests will be charged a replacement fee of $250 per item. Smoking is not allowed, and a fine of $350 will be applied if smoking occurs in the home. No unregistered guests are allowed, but you are welcome to bring friends and family as long as a list of names and visiting dates are provided.
