Enjoy luxury living and feel at home in this brand new apartment on Milwaukee's East Side. This apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The building is fully loaded with amenities so you can live, work, and play all under one roof. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, work stations, conference room, game room and lounge, shared outdoor pool, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table, private balcony, and in-unit laundry. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Reserved parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. The centrally located apartment provides quick access to Fiserv Forum, Lake Michigan, Brady St, and more. It's in walking distance to cafes, grocery stores, a beercade, the lakefront, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars. It's also a 5 minute drive to Fiserv Forum and the Brewery District, and a 10 minute walk to Downtown. Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area. Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees. Package deliveries will be held in the office and available for pickup from the building's management company during business hours. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces and a $150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed.
