Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. This apartment is a short walk from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the Short North District, and the Nationwide Arena Stadium. You'll find yourself less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Ohio State University, and Kroger Food Market. With easy access to major highways and COTA lines, getting around the city is a breeze. Explore nearby favorites like Bakersfield for tacos and margaritas, or Jeni's Ice Cream. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
