Complimentary toiletries are provided. The kitchen features high-end appliances and coffee. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Street parking for one vehicle is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. It is right on the historical Short North District, one block away from the local Kroger Market, 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes to Downtown Columbus area and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 8 minutes to Nationwide Arena Stadium and Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes to Easton Town Center Mall and CMH airport, and has easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Two exterior security cameras (one at the front porch, one at the rear door) operate 24/7, and two noise monitors (one in the living room, one in the kitchen) measure noise levels only. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North, and it’s so close to everyone in the Short North/Convention Center area. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit.
