I couldn’t be more pleased. My washer went out during a holiday weekend. It only took maintenance one day to get to it! I work 70 hours per week, so a trip to the laundromat is a major inconvenience to me. I’m incredibly grateful that maintenance took care of my washer almost immediately.

his truly is a great apartment complex. It’s very easy communicating with the office because instead of having to call every time you have a question or concern you can text them and they are quick to respond. The maintenance is always on top of everything there are two guys working here and they are so friendly and know exactly what they are doing! We had a house fire a month after we moved in and the women in the office did everything they could to help and quickly got us into another apartment. Like any apartment complex there were some issues with the package room being broken into and we voiced our concerns about it and they continuously came up with solutions to resolve the problem. They first changed the steel door, then they added another camera outside of the package room. These things didn’t stop thieves so they decided to shut down the package room and deliver the packages to The residents houses themselves. We are very pleased with how they handle every situation that comes their way and they are always ready to help.
