I literally don't know what these bad reviews are talking about. I've never had a more kind, efficient, and reliable maintenance staff it is just amazing. They often come same day and keep you updated about when ordered parts will be in. We struggled with our AC when we moved in and they were fabulous, and have been with every little issue since. Jon and Mackenna in the leasing office rock and the little parties are so fun. We pay less in utilities than most people we know and everything is always clean. we can sometimes hear the people above us but it's not a huge issue. the garden plots and pool are awesome, the dishwasher, shower, washer and dryer, all great. fantastic place to live, I'd recommend to anyone

Update...I'm on my sixth year and this place is fantastic......Great place to live. Office staff is friendly and maintenance issues are handled quickly.
