The View on Pavey Square has been a great place to live! The houses are spacious, clean, and the new staff is very friendly and responsive. The location is also a major perk, it's genuinely close to everything. On top of that, it’s a safe, quiet community, and I’ve had a really positive experience here. Highly recommend it!

When I moved into this place I will say maintenance had some issues, the overall building quality and management staff were lack luster and we used to have a once a month issue. Within the last year and a whole new management staff I can safely say this place has truly turned itself around. Past management issues do sometimes pop up but can be quickly addressed by the new crew. The building itself is close to campus, safer than downtown, close to nightlife and overall a good environment for students looking to live off campus. Maintenance issues usually get handled same day and staff are always willing to go the extra step to help residents out. Definitely recommend for people coming out of state or looking for cheaper rates compared to other apartment complex’s.
