Just signed my 4th lease here, I love my place super homey & spacious for me & mine. I must say you can see the hard work that has been put into this place, even with the previous property manager/s. Communication can be better at times but maintenance request/issues get handled pretty quickly & maintenance is always around keeping up with the property. I appreciate everyone that is working to keep our area up.

My time at Cardinal Creek was great! I only lived there for one year, but I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t far from my job. The maintenance is great, one of the guys in particular, Shawn, puts in a lot of effort. He shows up quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. And the front office is so considerate of the tenants, especially Artica. She makes sure tenants are updated on community events that everyone can get involved in and take their kids along, too. This is a good and stable place to be. People look out for one another and they’re really trying to bring to community together.
