I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the great friendly responsive management staff - Kathy and Kristen, great location and amenities on-site as well as The Barn side. Maintenance, under Scott's supervision, always response quickly and efficiently. Hayden Lofts is one of the best places I've ever rented.

I cannot say enough about my experience living at Hayden Lofts. Over 3 years, I was treated with the respect and care of family members. The leasing team was overly helpful and supportive when I had a home buying experience fall through last minute after giving my notice. They not only allowed me to stay through my original lease, but they applied any fees I had paid for breaking my lease toward future rent payments. This type of service is UNHEARD OF in the rental community. Not only did they settle my mind financially, but I sincerely felt like they cared about me as a human. Additionally, communication with the office is clear, timely, and professional. The team is really a dream to work with!! The maintenance team is also outstanding! Cory is quick to respond and so kind and helpful. He’s seriously the best! You pretty much can’t find a better place to live - it’s beautiful, a steal for the property and services, and has a phenomenal staff. I’ve rented for over 10 years at more than 5 locations in the Columbus area and I 10/10 recommend Hayden Lofts!!

The move-in process was effortless thanks to the leasing staff. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, which is great compared to my past community. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the staff was very friendly. Cannot wait to enjoy the amenities Hayden Lofts has to offer.
I’ve had a great experience with management here. Though it’s only been a month living here, it feels like home. Very comfortable and for the first in a long time, the dogs have patio space to be dogs. Thank you 🙂

I’ve lived at Hayden lofts for a little over two years now so I’ve had some time to grasp the complex’s strengths and weaknesses. Here is my take. The amenities are great having a movie theatre, great room, and small exercise room open for use at no additional cost to the residents! I’ve come to learn other complexes in Columbus area require a payment or down payment to reserve times to use their additional spaces. Additionally the pool and barn across the street are amazing additional spaces for residents as they offer a bar and fully staffed gym at no additional cost aside from the initial club fee when applying to live here. The management is kind and approachable especially when issues arise and do their best to accommodate even if they are unable to resolve the issues. The small downfalls of living here are rent prices rising (just like any other complex), the phones can go unanswered when attempting to contact the leasing office, and maintenance can take several days to complete. Any time I’ve had disturbances from neighbors has been easily resolved by contacting the leasing office. I consider these minor issues compared to other complexes as there are bound to be weakness at any complex. Thank you Hayden Lofts and staff for providing a place I feel safe to live and enjoy residing!
Kathy is the kindest and most generous agent I have ever worked with. She walked us all around the property, and took us to at least six units. We only had a day to apartment hunt, and we stopped our search here! She was very understanding of our financial situation, and she worked late into the evening to make sure that our application was finished so we could qualify for a discount. (If you apply within 48-hours of the tour, you could get a discount off of your first month of rent.) She also invited us to do Bingo with the group! We're moving in from out of state and we just can't believe the prices in Ohio. 🤐 Will keep the secret from all of our out-of-state relatives. I'm also really impressed with the clubhouse. The apartment-style and common areas are great.
Since I enter I felt very welcome, especially by the lease manager, she always helped me with all my doubts.
I never had any maintenance issues, so I did not have experience with it.
HL is a fantastic community, my girlfriend and I moved in in May and our experience so far has been amazing. Kathy, Scott and the crew have been so helpful to us, great communication and they respond quickly to any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend HL to anyone who is looking for a place to rent.
