I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the great friendly responsive management staff - Kathy and Kristen, great location and amenities on-site as well as The Barn side. Maintenance, under Scott's supervision, always response quickly and efficiently. Hayden Lofts is one of the best places I've ever rented.

I cannot say enough about my experience living at Hayden Lofts. Over 3 years, I was treated with the respect and care of family members. The leasing team was overly helpful and supportive when I had a home buying experience fall through last minute after giving my notice. They not only allowed me to stay through my original lease, but they applied any fees I had paid for breaking my lease toward future rent payments. This type of service is UNHEARD OF in the rental community. Not only did they settle my mind financially, but I sincerely felt like they cared about me as a human. Additionally, communication with the office is clear, timely, and professional. The team is really a dream to work with!! The maintenance team is also outstanding! Cory is quick to respond and so kind and helpful. He’s seriously the best! You pretty much can’t find a better place to live - it’s beautiful, a steal for the property and services, and has a phenomenal staff. I’ve rented for over 10 years at more than 5 locations in the Columbus area and I 10/10 recommend Hayden Lofts!!
