The Ave is a beautiful property and they were so gracious for hosting the Weiland's event.
There were amazing products, friendly and informative staff, and it was all around great time. Highly recommend bringing your family, guaranteed to have a blast and the proceeds go to a great cause!

My 86-year old mother was displaced from her FL home because of Hurricane Helene. After losing everything 2 years ago in hurricane Ian, she decided twice was enough, it was time to move north. I was so lucky to find the beautiful apartments at The Ave, which are just a few minutes from my home. Property managers Ashley, Alexa, and Jesse have all been lovely, helping me get her into an apartment so quickly (within 3 days!), and helping her get settled in her new home. She can walk to shopping and thrifting, and enjoys sitting in the sun on her patio. Her neighbors are friendly, and some have dogs and children that make her smile. The maintenance man, Chuck, quickly adapted her shower, making it easier for her to use. Internet hookup was super easy. The weekly activities are fun for all ages (for example food truck Thursdays), and the amenity spaces are quite posh and easy to book. I am so very grateful to have found such a clean, friendly, and well-run property for her that is right in my neighborhood. What a blessing!

I just moved into the Ave and I am loving it so far! Management was very helpful, especially Kourtnie who helped me throughout the entire process answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The move in process was seamless with stairs for the bigger furniture on the end of each hallway and an elevator for the smaller items. The pool is beautiful and overall the community here seems so great. I'm so excited to live here!

My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years and we've really loved our time at The Ave. Since the complex was purchased by a new management company , SPS Partners, I hardly see the new property manager. However, they've kept the staff (shoutout to Kourtnie!) that have made our whole time here very enjoyable and continue to ensure this is a great place to call home. We know that our complaints and concerns are heard and any maintenance issues are addressed within the business day.
There are several drawbacks: close to the train tracks and hear it at all hours of the day/night, car break-ins due to the parking lot being accessible to anyone, and increase cost of living due to the new company remodeling the community amenities.
However, these drawbacks are hardly the fault of the property staff. The perks of this apartment complex far outweigh the drawbacks in my opinion! The staff (Kourtnie and Chuck!) do their best to make this apartment the most desirable apartment complex to live in Clintonville!

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex! The staff here truly go above and beyond in every way. Whether it's handling maintenance requests quickly or accommodating special needs, they are always willing to help with a friendly attitude. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in making this a great place to live. From day one, I’ve felt supported and valued as a tenant, which makes a world of difference.
