Staff is very welcoming and maintenance is quick to respond. Beautiful area near the short north with all amenities needed. Also the large windows are very nice for sunlight and houseplants. I really enjoyed living here and even when issues did come up like crime or improper trash disposal the staff here are very quick to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this place for a spot close to downtown.

Jules Barbour is a wonderful assistant property manager. She gave us a great tour and was so friendly and kind! I definitely recommend having her as assistance if interested in looking at this complex.

Overall, we are pretty satisfied with Station 324. We are very happy with the way our apartment looks. We truly get the “luxury” feeling with a modern bathroom, beautiful vinyl flooring, an updated kitchen. Having our own washer and dryer is also wonderful! There was a situation where another resident was parking in assigned spots and Jules immediately sprung into action when she heard about it. Jules is a very hard worker, and she is great at what she does! As for maintenance, the maintenance guy is fantastic. I had to call maintenance twice before— one for a broken magnet (for the barn sliding doors), and the other for a clogged sink disposal. Maintenance was there the next day and promptly resolved all my requests. The only downsides of living at Station are the recent car break-ins and the cost of rent. My boyfriend (who lives here with me) had his car window smashed in last week. Car vandalism is a common feat in the Italian village area, but this is not something Station can control per se (it’s more of an area thing). Edit: Station now has a security team that watches out for car break ins and other crime! As for rent, we pay about $1,500 for a 512 sq. ft. apartment (base rent is $1,256). About $150 of that is just for parking two vehicles. We also did not get a discount upon moving in. The price is high for a one bedroom apartment and parking, but the upside is having a very modern looking apartment and assigned parking you can rely on. Unfortunately, we will probably not be able to renew our lease at the end of our term because rent usually increases with renewal (because I am a law student, living on student loans only allocates me so much money to use for rent). I also wanted to say that I do think some of the problems people report on in these reviews aren’t necessarily a Station problem, but rather just a problem with city living. I would recommend moving in if they’re offering a discount/promotion. Thank you to Station, Jules, and maintenance for always being reliable and prompt to help! Edit: Changed to 5/5 stars because after having issues with my refrigerator not freezing or cooling food, Miss Jules put in a work order for me. Two hours later the same day, I came back to my apartment with a BRAND NEW FRIDGE! Miss Jules will get anything you need done that you bring to her attention with promptness. She will take your concern with seriousness and will put herself in your shoes. She is truly a gem here at Station!
