Pet are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Off-street private parking is available for one car. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $29, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $59, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $29, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $59. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. No plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed.
