Enjoy the comfiest queen-size bed, high-speed internet, a 40" smart TV, white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and a dryer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Off-street private parking is available for one car. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. This apartment is within walking distance to the Convention Center and Short North District, right across from the famous Goodale Park, and less than a mile from the Kroger Food Market, downtown Columbus area, and Ohio State University campus. It also has easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
