Tower fans and white noise machines are provided for light sleepers. There is also a dedicated workspace and an accent wall. This home offers street permit parking for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. The location could not be more perfect. There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. This home is located minutes from the Short North Arts District, Nationwide Arena, Ohio State University, and Downtown Columbus, with easy access to the Highway and North High Street for endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. It is a short walk to the Short North District, less than a mile to the Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, a 4-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, and a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is also easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
