The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night is required, with a maximum of two pets (cats/dogs only). If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour with 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Centrally located in the heart of the East Valley, this apartment is a sports fan’s dream, located just minutes from Diablo Stadium and ASU. You’re also surrounded by shopping at Arizona Mills, hiking at South Mountain, and the nightlife of Downtown Tempe. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 4.6 miles away, Tempe Diablo Stadium is 2.1 miles away, ASU Tempe Campus is 3.1 miles away, and Downtown Tempe / Mill Avenue is 3.8 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are bringing a pet(s) without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. If noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee.
