Feel at home in this apartment located in the historic Pabst bottling department, featuring original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. This apartment includes a smart TV with Roku, a 24-hour fitness center, a theater, a shared laundry room, a food court with 5 local food truck vendors, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and a Keurig. The building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, a theater, and a community kitchen with a free Starbucks coffee machine. The HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. There is space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub. This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival. Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events). Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. Located in the heart of the historic brewery district, this apartment is 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets and a 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST. Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. A minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn't properly disposed of. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($250 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund. The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each. Includes a dedicated workspace.
