Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST. This is an atrium unit, so the windows face the interior atrium, resulting in less natural light than an exterior unit. HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company, and settings cannot be adjusted. The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app, which has a $10 reload minimum, and the cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each. Trash must be placed in a dumpster or trash chute and never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down the trash chute, and there is a minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn't properly disposed of.
