The space comfortably sleeps two with flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however note that it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Chromecast, a Keurig, in-unit laundry, access to a fitness center, and a rooftop patio and lounge. This apartment includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events). The garage has a vertical clearance of 8'2", which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk, this apartment is a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University and is walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District. The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed; please see the listing photos for reference. There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the centrally located property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund. Ages 21+ to book and authorized guests only; no booking on behalf of others. Includes a laptop-friendly workspace. Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm and all requests are subject to availability.
