This centrally located apartment provides quick access to Fiserv Forum, Lake Michigan, Brady St, and more. It's within walking distance of cafes, grocery stores, the lakefront, Milwaukee Art Museum, MSOE, multiple parks, and several restaurants and bars. It's also a 5-minute drive to Fiserv Forum & the Brewery District and an 8-minute walk to Downtown. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed with additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property.
