For added relaxation, there's a gym, sauna, hot-tub spa and cold plunge. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping) is not permitted inside or on the rooftop patio. Smoke sensors alert management, and violations result in removal without refund. Odors after checkout incur a cleaning fee equal to one day’s rate. A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front door, which records video and audio of outside activity. A Minut device records noise decibel levels inside the unit, but it does not record audio or video. Confirm checkout time and notify the host when you leave. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi in the dedicated workspace.
