Located near the intersection of Milwaukee, Greenfield, and New Berlin, this apartment is a 10-minute drive to St Lukes and Milwaukee Regional Medical Center and a 25-minute bus ride to St Lukes. You can hop on the highway bypass in 2 minutes to get anywhere in the City. Target and Home Depot are 1 mile away, and there are 16 restaurants and bars within 3 miles. The Metro Bus Stop is a 9-minute walk from the apartment, and the metro system will take you almost anywhere in the city. Smoking is not allowed. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise, as excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Dirty towels and linens can be washed in the washer and dryer. Kitchen supplies should not be ruined or full of old food when you check out. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to anything in the apartment or the property so we can address it as soon as possible. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50. Actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower, will be charged for pets on the premises without advance written permission. Includes a dedicated workspace.
