The living room and dining room provide comfortable chairs and tables. The outdoor patio has two reclining chairs. Access to the full gym on-site is available 24/7. Located in the heart of Northgate, Haller Post is close to Northgate Mall and North Seattle College, and just one minute from Haller Lake and Highway 99, and five minutes from Northgate Mall. It's also a quick drive or bus ride to downtown Seattle and CenturyLink Field. You'll notice how close you are to the Northgate Mall area, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Downtown is about 15 minutes away via I-5 or 99 hwy. The neighborhood boasts plenty of green spaces and parks, and a dog park. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony, and a violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud parties or events are allowed, and excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Bringing pets without them being included in the booking will include a $300 charge per pet, per violation. A lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee. If the fob/key combo is not placed in the hook during check out, that will be an additional $100 penalty.
