Located just a block from the RapidRide system, you can quickly reach the heart of the city. As you walk in, you'll notice the bedroom to your left with a washer and dryer inside for easy access. Across the hall, you'll find a large bathroom with plenty of space and storage shelves. Further down the hall is the large living room, surrounded by light with large windows and an open space concept with a nice kitchen next to it. You will also see the large window screen door to access the patio with some nice outdoor furniture. The fully stocked kitchen is accompanied by a nice dining room area with a 4-person table. Lastly, the living room has plenty of seating with a couch and some reading chairs, along with a smart TV. Free designated parking is available close to the unit. Moments from 99 and I-5, this apartment is located at the Interurban Trail. It's minutes from Northgate, numerous shops, and restaurants, and Ballard and Fremont are just a short drive down 99. The Eastside is a few miles away, and downtown Seattle is just 5 miles away. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed. Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but must be included in the booking. Bringing pets without them being included in the booking will include a $300 charge per pet, per violation. Please note that any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee.
