This stunning apartment offers high-end finishes and modern amenities for the ultimate urban retreat. Pets are allowed, but must be included in the booking. Bringing pets without them being included in the booking will incur a $300 charge per pet, per violation. Located in a prime location, you'll have easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Seattle has to offer. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only, and violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours; no loud parties or events are allowed, and excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee, and if the fob/key combo is not placed in the lock box during check out, that will be an additional $100.
