The bathroom offers a full-sized shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with fresh towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, there's an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent. Building amenities include a gym, yoga and wellness studio, coworking and meeting spaces, a fun games lounge, a rooftop deck, a cornhole outdoor area, and a barbecue lounge area. Complimentary garage parking is available for one vehicle, and visitor parking is also available for extra vehicles. The apartment is within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District, a trendy neighborhood with boutiques, restaurants, bars, and galleries. It's also a short drive to Downtown Dallas (~7 minutes), the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (~8 minutes), the American Airlines Center (~10 minutes), the Perot Museum of Nature & Science (~10 minutes), Klyde Warren Park (~9 minutes), the Dallas Zoo (~15 minutes), and Dallas Love Field Airport (~12 minutes). No pets are allowed; evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine charged to guests. No parties or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; there is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors; you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $50 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by 11 am or by the agreed-upon check-out time. There is a $100 charge if either the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. Includes a shared workspace with desks, lighting, and power for remote work or study, as well as a sound-friendly private studio set-up for recording, streaming, or creative audio work.
