Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building and will result in a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and will result in a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. There is a security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to approval at a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard Check-in Time from Mon-Sat is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00 and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance and no pets over 50lbs are allowed.
