Our recent move into Kia Ora community has been a great experience so far. The Leasing Team provided exceptional support throughout the move-in process, ensuring everything went smoothly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist have truly made a positive impact on our transition. The community itself is wonderful, with a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of belonging. Our time here has been enjoyable, and we've had the chance to interact with friendly neighbors, further enhancing our living experience. The only minor setback we've encountered is the lack of fiber optical broadband service. While this isn't an issue directly related to the community, it's worth mentioning for others who might consider this aspect important. Despite this, we've been able to make do with the available options. Our move to this community has been met with exceptional support from the Leasing Team, a warm and welcoming environment, and a generally positive living experience. We look forward to continuing our time here and making the most of all the community has to offer.

Nice apartment complex, very close to parks and a middle school. We liked this the most compared to all houses in Plano area. Move-in experience was smooth. Mary from management team was very helpful, calm and patiently responded to all questions that we had. Homes are bright, modern and beautiful. Will update the review based on our living experience. For now, 5 stars!
