I Visited Residences today to inquire about an apartment. Though she was the only one in the office, the Property Manager, Marlena, was very friendly, attentive, bubbly, helpful and personable. She spent time to explain all of my options and information on the property, which I haven’t encountered with other leasing staff. My move-in date cannot come fast enough!!

Nice quiet neighborhood safe for families and children the staff is great they stay on top of maintenance if I ever need something it's fixed within the day. I've been living here for 3 years and have just renewed my lease for another year Edit I've been here for 7 years now almost 8! The office staff and manager Marlena are caring and attentive. The maintenance team are quick and friendly. Brad went above and beyond with some issues I was having. They have made some changes that have improved the quality of the community.
