Located near Frenchman Street and just a 5-minute drive from the iconic Streetcar, you’re perfectly positioned to explore all that New Orleans has to offer, including live jazz, Cajun cuisine, and vibrant bars on Bourbon Street. Front desk hours are from 8 am to 6 pm daily, and pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy; extra guests or visitors need management approval, and violators may be fined $200 - $500. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and odor removal.
