Built in 1926, the iconic Triangle Building - New Orleans' answer to New York's Flat Iron Building, has undergone a complete historic restoration by de la Tour Holdings, LLC, with construction by Woodward Design Build, in concert with nationally recognized Trapolin Peer Architects and Melissa Legier Designs. The Howard is ideally located on Howard Avenue at Baronne and St. Joseph Streets, in close proximity to the streetcar line and the interstate on/off ramps. Our one and two bedroom units feature beautifully restored hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets in the kitchen & bathroom, shared washer & dryer on each floor, state of the art fire and security system, trash chutes on every floor, 24-hour backup generators, spacious closets, free wi-fi, and secure off-street parking. The Louisiana Landmarks Society 2016 award recipient for Excellence in Historic Preservation.

Lived here for last four years. Great location, especially during Mardi Gras. Can access this location directly off exit while everything else is blocked off during that time. Which allows you to obviously walk up a block to the main parade route. French quarter in walking distance. Nice quality appliances in apartment. Small community, only 2-3 apts per floor. Amazing rooftop view. Just a couple of blocks from smoothie king arena and Super Bowl. Have had good run of property managers. Last one lived in the building which was nice for off hour emergencies and appreciating/addressing building issues in real time. New property manager Bethany seems to be truly passionate about her job and providing residents with the experience as advertised.
