Enjoy the private porch and backyard with a beautifully designed sitting space, as well as a deck patio with outdoor furniture. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV are also provided. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. This apartment is just blocks from St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street, and downtown, and a 5-minute drive to the historic French Quarter. You'll be steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options, and within one block of St. Charles Streetcar Lines. The apartment is also near the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the National World War II Museum. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Must climb stairs. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Parties or gatherings are not allowed, and there is a $500 fine if you violate this policy. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
