You can also enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. To enhance your stay, optional services are available for an additional fee, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). Just steps from the city's top attractions, thriving arts scene, and legendary cuisine, this apartment is ideally situated. By day, immerse yourself in the dynamic rhythm of the Central Business District. As the sun sets, discover the nearby Warehouse District’s renowned galleries, trendy bars, and innovative restaurants. The Smoothie King Center (0.6 miles), The National WWII Museum (0.7 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.5 miles), Warehouse District (0.4 miles), and French Quarter (0.9 miles) are all nearby. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Registration Number: 25-XSTR-36313
