It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a washer and dryer, exposed brick wall fireplaces, cozy details, and a spacious porch with a large backyard and outside sitting area. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. This centrally located apartment is within walking distance of many of the city's desired hot spots and must-see places. Mojo’s Coffeehouse is right next door. Other nearby options include Rook Cafe, Starbucks, and Nola Grind. Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 2.4 miles away, and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 14 miles away. Nearby parks include Samuel Square, Danneel Playground, and Lawrence Square. This condo is also near Tulane University. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
