For entertainment, there is a cinema room with theater-style seating, an air hockey table, and a mini-fridge. A fully fenced backyard with a patio, conversation set, and BBQ grill are also available. Free parking and laundry (washer and dryer) are included. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located only 15 minutes from downtown, this beautiful vacation home offers all the amenities of home while being only minutes from Dallas’ prime attractions. Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts that each have their own distinct vibe and attractions. Nearby attractions include The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (16 min drive), Reunion Tower (16 min drive), Perot Museum of Nature and Science (15 min drive), Deep Ellum (23 min drive), and Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens (21 min drive). Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
