The living room features lofty high ceilings, modern seating, an electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For entertainment, enjoy the cinema room with theater-style seating, an air hockey table, and a mini-fridge. A fully fenced backyard includes a patio, conversation set, and BBQ grill. Laundry is made easy with the included washer and dryer. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is operated on gas and should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk.
