After a month here, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and it feels like they genuinely care about the residents. This past weekend the manager, Brenda, made sure that I was aware of the onsite, complimentary breakfast for all residents in the 7th floor entertainment spaces. The amenities are top-notch—especially the gym, which is always clean and ready to use. I am enjoying my apartment, and the view is amazing!
Noise levels are low, which makes it a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Most importantly, I feel safe. I look forward to what's next here!

I have lived here for over 7 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the living here. The front office staff has always been helpful and the maintenance crew takes action. There are a few things that could be better, but I’ve lived in several communities in Dallas and there is a reason why I have been here for so long. I recommend this to anyone looking for a home in a great location. Walking distance to all types of great spots around uptown and victory park, including the AA center and Katy Trail.
We've lived at Gable's Park 17 for almost 8 years, and we couldn't be happier. The Management Team is always accessible and willing to help in any way they can. If we need maintenance they usually arrive within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. We also love the location. Being close to the American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, restaurants, and the Tom Thumb grocery store makes everyday living a piece of cake. We also enjoy, and often use the amenities floor. I go there daily to enjoy a cup of coffee, read, and write songs. My wife uses the gym and pool a lot. When we moved in it was a different lifestyle for us. And we're glad we made the change.
I currently reside at Gables Park 17, and I must say, it's an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped foot into the community, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The new manager, in particular, deserves special mention for going out of her way to introduce herself to me and my dog. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable living environment truly sets this place apart. Aside from the remarkable swimming pool, Gables Park 17 offers a range of other fantastic amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines and offers ample space for all types of workouts. It's a great place to stay fit and healthy without having to leave the comfort of the community. One aspect that impressed me was the attention to detail and the maintenance of the facilities. The entire community is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained, giving off an overall sense of pride and care. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, always ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly.
I lived there for about 8 months, it was awesome! Unfortunately, my company put me through a relocation and I had to leave my high-rise life.
Jerold Cloud helped me navigate my options in leaving and found the best situation for me! He's been with the building for quite awhile and knows most of the residents on first name basis.
Additionally, concierges Dan and Edgar are absolutely wonderful. I miss my home.
I was very pleased touring Park 17. If you are looking for fantastic amenities and excellent view of downtown, then this is your place! The office staff is very friendly and made me feel at ease when answering my questions. The overall aesthetic is pleasing and I am happy I am going to be living at this property.
To anyone who is new to the Dallas area looking a new home or is considering moving to another complex, please do not look any further! Gables Park 17 provides a great residential living experience with a staff that listens to your concerns and needs and works very hard to make those changes happen.
To speak upon my experience living here, I am writing this review after re-signing with the help and support from Jerold Cloud. As my lease came to an end, I started considering other apartment options in the Dallas area where I thought I found a new home. While trying to move out of Gables Park 17 into the new apartment, it became very evident that the I would not receive the same level of care, expertise, attention, and timeliness as Jerold Cloud and the rest of Gables Park 17 can and does consistently provide for its residents. Long story short - Jerold provided a level of service that went above and beyond my concerns and needs and made sure that I would be taken care of.
Thanks to Jerold, I am happily re-signing and extending my current lease at Gables Park 17. Thank you again very much for all your help and support, Jerold!
Jerold and Stephanie were awesome with helping solve an issue we had with the elevators when moving in. The freight elevator was down the day of our move. The front office was prompt with helping find a solution.
