This cozy apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee is provided. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, with pool and community area access limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also available. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout, are available for an additional fee. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, and Frankie's Downtown. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal; in some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee.
