I cannot recommend Keenan at Southside on Lamar enough! From the moment we walked into the leasing office, he made us feel welcomed and valued. We faced a challenging credit issue, which had us worried about finding a suitable place to live. However, Keenan's expertise and dedication were evident as he guided us through the entire process. Not only did he help us navigate our credit concerns with ease, but he also worked to secure an amazing deal on a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft that we are absolutely in love with! Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but my recent move to South Side on Lamar was an absolute dream. I’ve moved nearly every year for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest and most enjoyable process I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Keenan went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Whether it was answering my (many) questions, guiding me through the leasing process, or ensuring all the details were handled with care, Keenan made me feel like more than just another tenant—he truly cared about making sure I felt at home from day one.
