I cannot recommend Keenan at Southside on Lamar enough! From the moment we walked into the leasing office, he made us feel welcomed and valued. We faced a challenging credit issue, which had us worried about finding a suitable place to live. However, Keenan's expertise and dedication were evident as he guided us through the entire process.

Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but my recent move to South Side on Lamar was an absolute dream. I’ve moved nearly every year for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest and most enjoyable process I’ve ever had.

During my time. I can definitely say that the leasing office and front desk conciergeis very friendly and welcoming. Handling any all issues promptly and efficiently.
The security is also very nice, welcoming, friendly and does a great job making sure everyone is safe and secure while also displaying a high level of hospitality.
All the residents have been extremely nice as well.
Lots of inviting businesses on site and in the area.
Overall a great staff and lively place to call home.

I love living at South Side on Lamar. The community is well kept and the staff is so friendly and helpful! David R. in leasing is a rock star! He made the leasing process painless and answered my countless questions. He is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism. It is an extremely safe building with 24/7 security, large lofts very reasonably priced, 24 hour concierge, a grocery store, a coffee shop, and a dry cleaner. Staff is excellent and service here is great. Definitely recommend living here.

Just moved in, but I’ve been very pleased so far!
Keenan is a wonderful leasing agent to work with. He answered all our questions and worked with us every step of the way.
Concierge and the residents are all super inviting and helpful. Truly is a wonderful community.
I’ve lived in lofts for a decent time now and this building truly is unique with wonderful floor plans and amenities. If you’re looking for a place to call home with units that offer peace and quiet then I definitely recommend SSOL

The people who work here and live here make this a great environment, especially for artists. The reception area and lobby is neat, clean, filled with smiles, and considerate to guests. Carts are available for residents to use and drivers with deliveries have easy parking access.
The building is secure, and the rooftop has a stunning view of downtown and closes at 10 so no one is lingering around too late. Being across from the Police Headquarters makes this a very safe location to live. I noticed kids living in the area, and people of all ages. I love visiting Southside!
