There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. A $50 per hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48-hour notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Includes fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet, along with a dedicated workspace.
