This first-floor condo in a historic 1920's building has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light. This condo features a full kitchen, a large dining area, and upscale furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press, and it features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king-size bed. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels, as well as a starter supply of bath products and detergents. Relax in the screened-in porch overlooking lush landscaping, as well as a private patio on the ground floor. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs. On-site parking is available. A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
