The condo boasts a luxurious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a relaxing outdoor space. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double sink and a heated marble bathroom floor. Nest products as well as detergents are included. Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi and Hulu + Live TV. Ensuite washer and dryer and onsite parking are available for your use. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. Nearby attractions include The Myers Park Mile, Atrium CMC, and Novant Hospital, all within a short walk or drive. Less than two miles from Uptown Charlotte (Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. The spacious living room features upholstered furniture, a large flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV, a work desk, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
