When we first moved to Charlotte around 2 years ago, this complex was under construction and we decided to rent a unit when it becomes available on the market. - Management and Office Team They are extremely helpful, friendly, and very responsive. The lease process went very smoothly for us. - Maintenance Team Well, the complex is new and we never had any major issues during our lease. Unit The design of the units is pretty efficient in energy consumption. Overall, the complex is pretty and well-maintained.
