The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, cookware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and a dining table with chairs. Each bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. On-site parking is available and instructions will be provided at check-in. Pets are welcome in designated units with prior approval with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. Just minutes from award-winning restaurants, unique boutiques, and historic landmarks, everything you need is within easy reach. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and violating quiet hours may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal, police involvement, and no refund. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and there is a $100 fee per unauthorized guest if discovered. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur a $500 fine. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Noise sensors are installed in units to monitor volume levels, and tampering will result in a fine. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $500 fee.
