On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome in designated units with prior approval. Pet cleaning fees are $20 per pet per night, and up to 2 pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $35 for the first 2 hours, pending availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $500 fee. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and violating quiet hours may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal, police involvement, and no refund. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, with a $100 fee per unauthorized guest if discovered. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the property, with evidence of smoking incurring a $500 fine. Noise sensors are installed in units to monitor volume levels, and tampering will result in a fine. Security cameras are located in hallways and shared areas for safety and protection. Keys and lockbox must remain locked at all times, and some units have automatic locking doors, so please keep keys with you to avoid being locked out.
