The massive 4th-level bedroom doubles as a second living area with ample seating and its own private patio accessible through a sleek modern garage door. With 2 full living areas, 3 outdoor spaces, and every bedroom having its own bathroom, this layout eliminates typical group rental challenges, providing pure comfort and flexibility. Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged. If the night prior to your stay is available, it can be blocked off for you at half the price for an early check-in. Similarly, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, a guaranteed late check-out can be arranged at half the price. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Situated in a prime location just minutes from Broadway and all major attractions, this home is on 8th Avenue South and adjacent to the Waverly Neighborhood. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for easy transportation. Quiet hours are in place to respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside.
