Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations on the wallpaper. Please remove all decorations before departure. Quiet hours are observed, and outdoor noise levels should be kept down. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please provide a heads-up. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, so please leave the space in good condition and follow the check-out instructions. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house, must be housebroken, and guests should use designated potty areas. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise.
