No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas. A $500 fee applies if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Events are not allowed. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests should keep outdoor noise levels down during quiet hours, which are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Exterior video cameras are in use for safety. No glitter or confetti, and no tape, tacks, or other adhesives on any surfaces, including wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before departure.
