Additional amenities include extra storage space, natural light, and a vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, towels, and an iron are provided for your convenience. Street parking is available and free of charge. Be mindful of alternate side parking regulations, which vary by street and day of the week. Street parking is available and free of charge, with alternate side parking regulations to be mindful of. Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so please use external services for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. Excessive cleaning charges may apply at the owner's discretion. The apartment includes Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV, ensuring you stay connected and entertained. All utilities, including heat, hot water, and gas/electricity, are included in your stay. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed.
