This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, providing extra sleeping space for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and toaster oven, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Transportation is a breeze with the Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station just steps away, and additional options like the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus within walking distance. Check-in requires coordination of your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 for arrivals after 10 PM and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. No smoking, no parties, and no loud music are allowed. Furniture and decoration may vary from the photos listed online as updates and refreshes occur periodically. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
