Experience a charming apartment in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue (walk-up building). Feel at home in this apartment that is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This unit is just steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience with two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven and an electric plate. A flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $325 to $475. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Immerse yourself in a shopper's paradise, as the neighborhood is home to renowned designer stores, giving you access to the latest fashion trends. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum, offering a wealth of cultural experiences and breathtaking landscapes. Transportation is a breeze, with the Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station just a few steps away, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city. Additionally, the 6 Green Line 96th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, providing further convenience for your city explorations. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). Check-in after 10 pm is subject to prior approval, and there will be a $50 late check-in fee after 10 pm and $100 after 12 am (if check-in is approved after 10 pm). If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
